What was your path to becoming a therapist? What inspired you to choose this profession?

Rhyan Mitchell is a Resident in Counseling in Virginia who has been practicing since 2014. He has a BS, Psychology from Colorado State and an MA, Counseling from University of Northern Colorado. Rhyan has extensive knowledge providing assessments, treatment planning, crisis intervention, individual and group psychotherapy, psychoeducation, case management, court advocacy, referrals, and discharge planning. Rhyan's experience, enthusiasm, and knowledge of counseling has given her the tools to provide therapy for a diverse range of clients. In her spare time, Rhyan enjoys playing with her dog, going to the beach, doing yoga, attending concerts or sporting events, taking trips, and spending time with loved ones.
