During your sessions, I will guide you through your own personal journey of discovery and growth. I will provide competent, caring, and confidential services tailored to each individual client or clients. I understand the importance of engaging and listening to each person tell his or her unique story. In collaboration with you, I can help you discover the answers you have been so desperately seeking and find a place of healing from your past and present trauma. We can get there together. I will help you focus on your complete inner health, not just one area since all is interrelated. Inner health includes your physical health, emotional health, mental health, spiritual health, relationship health, and occupational health. My expertise is in emotional, mental, and relationship health, but all areas blocking your path will be explored.

My main focus with individuals is short-term, solution-focused cognitive behavioral therapy. With couples and families, I use emotionally focused therapy, along with techniques from the Gottman Method, which has shown to be the most effective in re-creating healthy and long-term bonds I am a superb active listener and have a personal motto that I never give up on anyone. I will patiently guide you through the journey of self-discovery and self-fulfillment.
