What does a first session with you look like?
I want each client to be able to take away skills and words of wisdom from each therapy session that they can apply in their daily lives to improve their overall wellbeing.
What is your style/approach to therapy?
I currently educate and practice Cognitive Behavioral Skills, Dialectical Behavior Skills, Motivational Interviewing and Solution Focused therapy during my sessions.
