What does a first session with you look like?
I will provide a safe and validating therapy experience where the client will be able to identify problem areas in life functioning with solutions and development of skills to achieve wellness and meet goals to improve functioning.
What is your style/approach to therapy?
The treatment methods I provide include the following: Client-Centered Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR), Mindfulness Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy and Motivational Interviewing.
