What is your style/approach to therapy?
I approach all clients from a non-judgmental, perspective with positive regard. I employ client-centered talk therapy, in combination with mindfulness, cognitive behavioral therapy, and dialectical behavioral therapy.
What does a first session with you look like?
In your first session, I will help you organize the narrative of your expectations and goals with therapy. In each session, we will work together to help you reflect more mindfully on your personal goals and what might be holding you back from achieving said goals.
