What is your style/approach to therapy?

The treatments I use will include CBT, DBT skills, behavioral modification and cognitive processing therapy. We will use self-assessments and formal assessments to measure progress toward your goals and to drive any changes we need to make in your treatment.

What does a first session with you look like?

Our sessions offer a safe therapeutic environment for your concerns to be heard. I will help you identify your strengths and build upon them while using new skills, coping techniques and insight to bring about positive personal and life change. Our first session will orient you to therapy, what to expect in session, an initial assessment to identify treatment goals and your desires for change. Together we will identify what is causing you distress in life. Together we will develop a treatment plan for you.
