It brings me great pleasure in assisting others in finding meaning in their life. I do understand that every individual’s life may not look the same, but I genuinely value the sensitivity of an individual allowing someone to accompany them in their journey to growth. Yet, I like to take that journey for individuals to identify and focus on the skills that will empower them – beyond the therapeutic relationship.

I uprightly care about my patients’ well-being and guarantee a person-centered approach when working with them – opposed to using a standard one-size fit all service delivery. I also believe in easily accessible mental health care by offering telehealth/virtual therapy. I use a Solution-focused brief therapy (SFBT) is a strength-based approach to psychotherapy based on solution-building rather than problem-solving. I do this by using a variety of techniques and questions to demonstrate your strengths, resources, and desires. With the focus shifted to what is already working in a your life, and how things will look when they are better, more room opens up for the solutions to arrive.
