What does a first session with you look like?
Patients can expect to take away from a session with me the ability to feel understood and heard- one of the most important factors in healing and finding understanding and perspective.
What is your style/approach to therapy?
I use a variety of cognitive and therapeutic interventions to include but not limited to: CBT, DBT, Person-Centered, Mindfulness, Perspective Taking Skills, Solution-Focused, Existential as well as trauma-based interventions.
