What does a first session with you look like?
The first session, as with all Thriveworks therapists, will involve talking through your needs and goals for therapy — whether those involve managing depression, anxiety, relationship problems, or another mental health challenge. This will enable you to receive the very best care, as a personalized treatment plan will then be developed for subsequent sessions.
What is your style/approach to therapy?
I offer a variety of counseling approaches including Addiction, Anger, Anxiety, Behavioral Issues, Bipolar Disorder, Career, Coping Skills, Depression, Grief / Loss, Infidelity, Life Transition, Men’s Issues, Sleep / Insomnia, Stress and Trauma / PTSD.
