What does a first session with you look like?
We will get to work right away! While I need to get some background information, we will delve into how to get some relief from your distress. My goal in the first session is for you to have a tool you can use to make you feel better.
What is your style/approach to therapy?
I use a variety of treatment methods because no two people are the same. Many times I combine different methods (eclectic) to reach the best outcome. Some methods I use are Cognitive Behavioral therapy (CBT) , Solution-Focused Brief Therapy and Psychodynamic Therapy.
