What is your style/approach to therapy?
I work collaboratively with my clients, combining research-proven techniques with your preferences and self-knowledge. My style is straightforward and down to earth! I bring a sense of humor and believe therapy should be a rewarding process. While my clinical approach is mainly cognitive-behavioral, I integrate physiology, anthropology, and other schools of therapy, staying on my toes and thinking outside of the box for each client's context. My goal is always to help you build lasting change that leaves you independent and able to prevent or manage future challenges. I'm happy to schedule a free consultation to help you determine if I would be a good fit for you.
