I provide Straight Forward / No Nonsense style of treatment that is set to match my Client / Patient. I utilize any and all tools available to me to get this accomplished. I use a variety of types of therapy and treatment options like CBT, DBT, Client Based, Solution Based, Motivational, and Realistic Therapy (just to name a few). I can provide many different types of coping methods and worksheets that can help "My" Client get to their goals. Often people have more than one symptom or problem that needs to be addressed. These symptoms can be identified and addressed during treatment. I have all kinds of therapy tools available to help with therapy. If I don't have something, I will find some that will help. That is what my job is, and I pride myself in being able to get the job done.

As my Client / Patient, you can expect to be treated with respect, honesty, and dignity. You will be given Professional Therapy that relates to Real World Issues and not just reading from a book. WE will work together to identify, build, and strengthen the treatment goals that are designed for you and your treatment. "No cookie cutter treatment" will be given because each and every client / patient is unique, and their life experiences and problems are all unique in their own ways. Treatment should be made to fit the Client / Patient and should be created to match that individual. All goals are developed by the Client / Patient with the assistance of the therapist to get You towards "YOUR" goals. The bottom line is to get the YOU to the goals you need to have a healthy and happy life!
