I have extensive experience working with a full range of psychiatric medications, such as antidepressants, anxiolytics, mood stabilizers, antipsychotics, stimulant/non-stimulants, and hypnotics, as well as holistic treatment modalities. Evidence has shown that psychopharmacological treatment is most successful when combined with psychotherapy. Medication management and various therapy techniques include cognitive behavioral therapy, behavioral therapy, mindfulness, and relaxation techniques.
