What does a first session with you look like?

From our first session we'll start to focus on what you hope to gain from therapy and develop a plan. Through talk therapy, journaling and other in between sessions work , you can determine what is going well and what you think can be improved. You'll gain the skills to feel more in control of the day to day stuff that gets in the way of feeling your best.
