After the first session, you can expect a collaboration of therapeutic activities, discussion during the session, and homework to continue your development outside of the session. All activities and homework are client-tailored to assist you in reaching your wellness goals.
What is your style/approach to therapy?
Person-Centered, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solutions Focused Therapy, Strengths Based Therapy Christian Faith-Based Therapy and Mindfulness. Primarily all sessions are foundationally person-centered; however, other treatment methods are utilized based on your specific needs.
