What does a first session with you look like?
It is your therapy and you are the one who sets the topic, the pace, and the course. You decide what you are willing to reveal and when you are ready to reveal it. It is up to me to respect you for the strength you show in seeking help and to make you comfortable during our session. Clients come to me with problems they typically have been dealing with for years—sometimes their whole lives. They know that I will listen to them, and that they will be heard. I promise to help you achieve growth, overcome barriers to happiness, work for a better life with your family, and come closer to attaining your full potential.
