What is your style/approach to therapy?

I utilize a cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) approach to help patients stay solution-focused and I also collaborate with the patient to develop SMART goals they want to achieve while in therapy. Goals that are Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant, and Time-Bound.

What does a first session with you look like?

I provide patients with a safe space, a place where they can openly express their reasons for seeking therapy, while also helping the individual explore what is most important to them.
