What does a first session with you look like?

Expect sessions to be a collaborative journey within a safe space, where you will be able to gain self-awareness, develop coping strategies, and foster the positive change you want to see in your life. We explore the roots of your past experiences together. Throughout our sessions, you can expect to be supported, validated, and empowered as we navigate the complexities of your inner world and strive towards growth, healing, and a renewed sense of well-being. I always go at your pace, because every person is different and comes in with different histories and symptoms.

What is your style/approach to therapy?

I utilize an integrative and holistic approach to therapy. I work through a relational and trauma lens. Some of the therapy models that I use are Brainspotting, Somatic Experiencing, Strengths-Based, Systemic Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Emotionally Focused Therapy.
