What does a first session with you look like?
In our sessions, one can expect to be challenged, validated, and supported in a non-judgmental safe environment. You can expect to be uncomfortable and grow at the same time.
What is your style/approach to therapy?
I use an array of treatment modalities that are strength based and ecclectic. I will draw from Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Problem Solving Therapy, and mindfulness. I believe in movement and the healing power of song and dance to reconnect and help us heal.
