Rose Sweeney is a Mental Health Therapist, who has been practicing since 2018. Rose utilizes Behavioral Learning Theory as well Mindfulness based Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Dialectical Behavior Therapy as approaches when working with patients. Rose's approach to care is to meet the identified needs of her patients', whether that is processing trauma, learning healthy coping skills, learning to manage feelings and emotions, or other identified areas that patients' individually struggle with. Rose recognizes that human needs include emotional needs and can assist with psychoeducation for patients to learn and understand their experiences more clearly.
