What does a first session with you look like?
My nursing background and experience have helped me with providing the best care to my patients who are down emotionally, feeling sad, anxious, and unable to sleep. At the end of each session, we will produce a cognitive plan or medication management to help you deal with emotional and behavioral concerns.
What is your style/approach to therapy?
We will use diagnostic tools: Generalized Anxiety Disorder (GAD-7) Insomnia Severity Index (ISI) Patient Health Questionnaire (PHQ) for Depression. Depression, Anxiety, and Stress Scale (DASS-21)
