What does a first session with you look like?
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Pennsylvania with over a decade of experience helping individuals cope with parenting and relationship problems, stress, and a variety of mood and emotional difficulties. I employ an integrative and phenomenological approach to psychotherapy that includes interventions from a variety of therapeutic approaches, including person-centered, biopsychosocial, family systems, CBT/DBT, mindfulness, and trauma-informed among others.
