What does a first session with you look like?
My intentions for clients is to assist them with overcoming obstacles and challenges that they may believe is hindering them from becoming the best version of themselves. I work to establish a safe and trusting environment for clients to feel safe enough to express their thoughts, fears, and vulnerabilities openly.
What is your style/approach to therapy?
My treatment methods include but are not limited to, motivational interviewing techniques, solution-focused interventions, cognitive behavior therapy, and structured family therapy. My treatment method is designed meet the client where they and establish goals that will allow them to successfully achieve that outcome.
