What does a first session with you look like?
My hope is to provide layered support that is affirming and trauma informed. After our first session we will co-create a plan that will provide a structure for your goals and outcomes in therapy. I can provide nervous system regulation education, skills and relationship support. I prefer to practice skills such as mindfulness, somatic exercises and communication within session with clients so they already have the experience when they out of sessions. Also, clients can use sessions to begin to communicate with parts of themselves and see these parts come alive in their every day lives.
