What does a first session with you look like?
After our first session, I hope that you feel more at ease with what therapy can be for your endeavors, while also feeling more at peace with who you choose as a therapist. I encourage clients to initially interview me as a therapist and ultimately I hope that they feel at ease and comfortable with the person they choose to be the most vulnerable with! Throughout our work, I believe clients will better connect with themselves and their mind-body connection in the element of their continued efforts and experiences in the outside world!
What is your style/approach to therapy?
I am a more holistic therapist and I hope to integrate multiple therapeutic modalities in therapeutic work with an individual. Modalities will vary based upon specific goals and needs for each session and can range from any of the following; Person-Centered, Mindfulness-Bases Cognitive, Cognitive-Behavioral, Narrative-Focused, Solution-Focused, Acceptance-Committment Therapy, Emotionally-Focused, and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy.
