What does a first session with you look like?
What you can expect from our first session: I value the relationship with my clients, believing that such a relationship is the beacon in the healing process. I use an eclectic approach in the use of therapy models when working with individuals, couples, families, and those who consider themselves in the LGBTQIA+ community. Empowering the client, so they can focus on what works for them, and not a systematic approach that provides a generic procedure for working on a treatment is what the client can expect to take away from the session with me.
