As a relationship-driven and person-centered therapist, I have extensive experience using cognitive behavior, EMDR, Gestalt, and neuroscience-based approaches in working with a diverse population on adverse childhood experience (ACE), anxiety, cross-cultural issues (belongingness), depression, disordered eating, domestic violence, generational issues, grief and loss, stress management, substance use/abuse, and trauma.
