What was your path to becoming a therapist? What inspired you to choose this profession?
I am a Licensed Marriage/Couples and Family Therapist. I work with individuals, couples, and families to help combat symptoms such as anxiety, depression, dysphoria, trauma & behavioral and mood disorders. I am a dedicated and passionate therapist who enjoys guiding, empowering, and education my clients. I believe it is import to hold the feelings and trust the process of healing. I have a history serving minority populations ranging from race to gender and sexuality. My goal is to make your therapy space a welcoming and a safe environment. We are all on this journey of life and I would love to walk with you if you want me to. I am a first generation South Asian American Indian. I speak English, Gujarati, and Hindi. I am an open and free-spirited person that enjoys working with people from all walks of life. My style ranges from cognitive behavioral therapy and cross generational therapy with individuals to attachment-based therapy and emotionally focused therapy. We as human beings all are entitled to self-care and I would like to help you advocate for your rights, your relationship and for your mental health. Lets walk together.
