What does a first session with you look like?
Our first couple of sessions will consist of us getting to know each other better and gathering your history to help me get an idea of what your life has been like prior to working with me. After this initial assessment period, I will assist you with identifying treatment goals so we have a clear vision of what you want to get out of our time together.
