What is your style/approach to therapy?

I utilize CBT quite often but also like to integrate several other treatment methods to ensure I am providing each person with an individualized appproach.

What does a first session with you look like?

I provide a "real life" approach to therapy and ensure that I am available to my clients' needs as much as possible. I want my folks to feel comfortable working on some of their more difficult life needs or experiences. I hope my clients feel validated, understood and supported. My goal is for my clients to feel safe and secure as we embark on their therapeutic journey.
