What does a first session with you look like?
After our first session , you can expect to feel a deeper understanding of your goals in therapy, getting a sense of my style & approach , and feeling a sense of hope. My goal is to facilitate healing through processing your past and present self by exploring your life experiences with a focus on identity, culture, and purpose.
