What does a first session with you look like?
I am a listener. Many times we want to be heard. When we can verbally express our thoughts and feelings we are one step closer to identifying our needs. I believe in growth, self-betterment, and change. I care about the well-being of people.
What is your style/approach to therapy?
My approach includes person-centered and cognitive behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing, mindfulness, existential therapy and solution-focused therapy. I like to meet people where they are and tailor treatment to meet specific needs.
