What is your style/approach to therapy?

A few of the techniques I use include are Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Solution Focused, Dialectical Behavioral Techniques and Behaviorism. I am also a Certified KORU Mindfulness Instructor as well as Certified Yoga Instructor!

What does a first session with you look like?

I provide a safe space with a collaborative approach. I love to integrate talk therapy, art, mindfulness practices and yoga to strengthen one's health and wellness holistically.
