What does a first session with you look like?
As my client, you can expect to be greeted with a warm, personable welcome. I am energetic, direct, and humorous but sensitive to each client's needs. I am honest and provide a safe space for clients to be themselves as they process life stressors. I take time in getting to know my clients to ensure that we can work collaboratively to address presenting concerns. It is my hope that the solutions that we come up with can serve you in the long run as opposed to offering temporary solutions.
