What does a first session with you look like?
Change is hard, life can be difficult, I can help.I will be there to listen and we can make a plan together to get things back on track.I worked in education for over 20 years as a high school teacher and school counselor and have also had the honor of serving in the US Air Force where I worked as a first responder. You can do hard things. Let’s get started.
What is your style/approach to therapy?
I’m a caring person who will listen to you. We will make a plan to make life better. Talk therapy, CBT and DBT skills will be be utilized in session when those skills will be helpful to you.
