I provide counseling that is cognitively-based, direct, yet non-judgmental and down-to-earth.

What does a first session with you look like?

Change can be overwhelming and sometimes we don't even know where to begin. You know your current situation isn't working for you, but don't know what different could look like. Perhaps you're feeling stuck. Whether it be building healthier relationships with yourself and others, or navigating a life change, I'm here to help identify what you truly want for yourself to begin the process of change. Together we'll identify barriers, work through negative self talk or fears and create action steps to get you where you want to be.
