What is your style/approach to therapy?

I am an eclectic therapist which means I use different treatment methods based on what the client's needs are . There is no cookie cutter methodology that works for everyone. I use what works best for each indiviual client. The methods I incorporate into treatment are EMDR, Direct Neurofeedback, Solution Focused Therapy, Mindfulness, EFT, Breathe work, CBT. I strongly encourage clients to build community.

What does a first session with you look like?

Clients will learn coping skills to help them to understand their self better. Trauma affects everyone in different ways. Having the client understand theirself and how their triggers affect them in mind, body and spirit is very helpful in understanding anxiety, patterns of behaviors and rabbit holes our minds go down.
