What does a first session with you look like?
We first begin to work together and discuss your goals for therapy. My hope is you will discover more about yourself as we work towards these desired goals and learn new skills as you. move forward through life. Change doesn't happen overnight and the smallest steps are often the most important.
What is your style/approach to therapy?
I primarily use a cognitive behavioral approach as our thoughts can be very powerful. By changing the way we think and see problems, positive change can occur.
