Her focus areas of treatment include helping young adults and adults experiencing anxiety, self-esteem, trauma, and life transitions. Santa believes that each person has the potential to overcome any obstacle that they may face in life, and she is willing to help in the process.
What is your style/approach to therapy?
Santa is trained in Cognitive Behavior Therapy, and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing Therapy. For the past ten years Santa has offered services in Spanish and English. Santa is a Mexican native and is fluent in Spanish.
