What does a first session with you look like?
You will learn new skills and insights on how to improve your general emotional state, and life situation and heal from anything you may be struggling with. You will learn to have greater levels of self-compassion, self-kindness, empathy and overall happiness and peace in your life.
What is your style/approach to therapy?
I am a licensed marriage and family therapist, registered yoga instructor, certified clinical hypnotherapist and mindfulness expert. I like to use whatever approach is most suitable for you. I'm well-versed in Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy, Compassion Focused and Mindfulness Approaches, Solution-Focused Therapy, Strength-Based, Narrative Therapy, Systems Therapy, DBT, Positive Psychology, and more.
