What does a first session with you look like?
I help clients in sessions feel empowered and motivated to change. I encourage my clients to trust the process of whatever season in life they are on that on the other side of their problems are greatness and success.
What is your style/approach to therapy?
My counseling modalities are Christian-Based Therapy, Psychotherapy, Shadow Work, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Play therapy. I work with both male and female children and adolescents and only adult females dealing with defiance, behavioral issues, unresolved childhood trauma, depression, anxiety and ADHD.
