How does collaboration with other providers play into your work?

Sarah has experience collaborating with multiple kind os supports that contribute to her client's mental health. She has in some case built a meeting where all care providers come together to assess or re-assess treatment with the client's needs and concerns being addressed and amended. Sarah advocates for her clients to be heard from IEP meetings to somatic health concerns.

In what ways do your life philosophy and treatment philosophy overlap?

Connection is innate to the human experience, but it can be difficult or painful to manage. I believe that you deserve a space where you can receive support, feedback and validation as you navigate marriage, parenthood, family, dating, work spaces or even internal conflict.

If there was one thing you wish people knew about the therapy experience who might be hesitant to try it, what would that be?

Therapy with me is a collaboration we work together on hopes and change. When you cheer I cheer, when you cry I cry. It is a relationship where the power is shared.
