What was your path to becoming a therapist? What inspired you to choose this profession?

Sarah is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who works with children, adolescents, and adults. Sarah earned her master's degree in social work from Monmouth University School of Social Work. Sarah has more than six years of experience in community and school based settings where she provided group and individual therapy services to her clients. Sarah recognizes that everyone's needs are different and takes a person centered approach meeting the client where they are and focuses on their needs. She works with many behavioral health issues to include anxiety, impulse control, and depression utilizing Cognitive Behavioral Therapy techniques.
