What does a first session with you look like?
My hope is that we can work together to establish unique goals. I believe everyone is unique and therapy is a collaborative process. My goal is to guide you towards building a healthy lifestyle both physically and emotionally.
What is your style/approach to therapy?
I use an integrative approach based on the needs of my clients though my primary methods of treatment include Cognitive Behavioral therapy, Dialectical Behavioral therapy, psychodynamic approaches and mindfulness.
