Sarah Rogers LPC
General Office Hours
In Eastern Time
When working with me, you will have a compassionate and empathetic teammate, encouraging you in every step that you make. I will offer a nonjudgmental, unbiased outlook of what you desire to bring to your therapy session. While I will encourage you to take the lead and push yourself, I will always meet you at your level to best support the healing process. In sessions, I bring a personal approach of humor and care to make it feel more comfortable. My sessions are all virtual, helping to provide a homey feel to therapy.
I use a combination of approaches such as a Person-Centered Approach, Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, and Trauma Therapy methods based on the individual needs of each client.
