While treatment modalities vary from client to client, some of the therapy types include CBT, Person Centered, Adlerian, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and Gestalt Therapy. I employ psycho-educational experiences and have training in ABA therapy, which when appropriate, influences my work. I utilize multiple ways of how people learn best (visual, verbal, kinesthetic, etc.) when in session and in choosing my materials for session.

Each client’s experience will be different and I strive to create the environment necessary for them to succeed. In addition, I am sensitive to each client’s cultural background incorporating these nuances into our sessions. Developing self-awareness and coping skills are a top priority in my work with clients.
