What does a first session with you look like?
You have taken the first step to getting therpay, what now? The process of therapy can be scary and nerve racking, but I am here to help. After scheduling your first appointment, we will review the in's and out's of what therapy looks like, answer any questions you may have, confrim you feel we are a good fit, and plan for the future. Once the intake is complete, we will create goals together and schedule following appointments to work together on those goals.
What is your style/approach to therapy?
With a passionate background and experience working with children, teens, their parents, and adults, I offer a variety of neurodiverse neurobiology attachment, play therapy, client centered, motivational interviewing, ACT/CBT, and other evidenced based techniques, to support and strengthen an individuals self-confidence and connection with others.
