What does a first session with you look like?
During our first session, I will take plenty of time to assess the primary issues you've been dealing with to establish a clear picture of how I can best help you. Together, we'll work on building your personal toolkit to better manage those symptoms, and eventually eliminate them. I incorporate your interests and make every effort to tailor my techniques to your needs.
What is your style/approach to therapy?
I use a holistic approach, incorporating mind, body and spirit to help you access the best version of yourself. I am trained in yoga and mindfulness (I'm also a yoga and fitness instructor, and a personal trainer), cognitive-behavioral therapy, motivation enhancement, EMDR, NLP, EFT, and hypnosis. Together we can decide which tools and techniques work best for you.
