What does a first session with you look like?
During our time together, you will be met with compassion and empathy, in a safe and non-judgmental atmosphere, where you will be able to openly express your emotions and concerns. Through active listening and a strong therapeutic alliance, I will empower you to build resilience and identify and address the root cause of your struggles.
What is your style/approach to therapy?
I have experience using evidence-based methods such as CBT, Parts Work, Solution-Focused Therapy, DBT, Positive Psychology, etc., and I’m also a Certified Clinical Trauma Specialist.
