What does a first session with you look like?
I believe that each client is unique and has a voice to be heard. My goal is to empower my clients while educating them and establishing a therapeutic relationship meeting their needs as individuals.
What is your style/approach to therapy?
I utilize various techniques and therapies depending on the client's needs, preferences and goals. I am versed in therapy modes including, but not limited to, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy, Strength Based Therapy, Trauma-focused Therapy and Person-Centered Therapy.
